By purchasing or using any SkyHost247 service, you agree to comply with this Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read carefully before using our website or hosting services.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By ordering or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The latest version is always available on our website. Continued use means continued acceptance.

2. Customer & Reseller Policy

These Terms apply to all users and resellers.

* Only licensed software may be used.
* Misuse or policy violations can lead to suspension or termination.
* Resellers must monitor their clients and ensure full compliance.
* Reselling shared hosting accounts is not allowed (Reseller Plan required).

### **3. Shared Hosting & Fair Usage**

Shared hosting is for normal website operations only.
Not allowed: file storage, backups, media hosting, or excessive email storage.
“Unlimited” space/bandwidth means no preset limit but must follow our Fair Usage Policy. Overuse may lead to suspension or upgrade.
No SSH/Shell access in shared environments.

4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

* Malware, phishing, hacking, or spam tools
* Adult or obscene content
* Pirated/copyrighted material
* Cryptocurrency mining, bots, scams, gambling, or illegal activities
* Audio/video streaming or gaming content

SkyHost247 may suspend any account violating this policy without notice.

5. Email & Anti-Spam Policy

* Max 150 emails/hour for shared or reseller plans.
* No bulk mailing or spam.
* Repeated abuse leads to termination.
* Inbox delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Backups & Data

Clients are fully responsible for their own backups.

* SkyHost247 performs limited weekly backups (not guaranteed).
* Accounts over 3GB or VPS/Dedicated plans are **not backed up**.
* Restoration requests may include service charges.
We are not liable for any data loss.

7. Billing & Refunds

* Invoices are due before the renewal date.
* Suspension: 1 day after due date; Termination: 5th day.
* Late fee: 20%.
* 7-day money-back guarantee (first-time shared/reseller only).
* No refund for domains, VPS, dedicated servers, IPs, or licenses.
* Refunds after 7 days or for suspended accounts are not applicable.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

* Weak passwords or unauthorized access may lead to suspension.
* Hacking or network abuse will result in immediate termination and legal action.

9. Server & Resource Usage

Accounts using excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth may be suspended or asked to upgrade.

* Cron jobs: not less than every 15 minutes.
* VPS/Dedicated users are responsible for their own configuration and backups.

10. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated for:

* Non-payment or expiry
* Terms violation or abusive behavior
* Fraud or chargebacks
All data is permanently deleted upon termination.

11. Liability & Uptime

SkyHost247 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including downtime or data loss.
Scheduled maintenance or network issues do not qualify for compensation.

12. Jurisdiction & Amendments

This Agreement is governed by the laws of **Pakistan**, with exclusive jurisdiction in **Karachi**.
SkyHost247 may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

By using SkyHost247 services, you agree to all the above Terms. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
