7. Service Suspension or Termination

Our services are digital and are delivered electronically or activated online.
Domain registration, hosting activation, website migration, SSL, backups, and other digital services may have different processing times depending on the service purchased.

SkyHost247 is not responsible for losses resulting from a customer’s failure to secure or maintain their account, website, or data.
If a hosting account is suspended due to non-payment after the hosting due date, the customer is responsible for taking a backup of their website and data before the account is suspended.
If the customer requires temporary access to the suspended cPanel account to download their backup, a PKR 1,500 backup access fee will apply. Upon payment, the cPanel account will be temporarily reactivated for 48 hours solely for the purpose of accessing and downloading the customer’s backup. After the 48-hour period, the account will be suspended again unless the hosting service has been renewed.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. SkyHost247 does not guarantee the availability of backups after account suspension or termination.
